Mô tả công việc
- Be trained on sourcing skills and screening candidate CVs
- Directly participate in the recruitment process under the direct guidance of Leader
- Push recruitment post, screen CVs, conduct preliminary interviews, arrange interview schedules, …
- Participate in interviews to test candidates’ English skills
- Store and manage candidate databases
- Be oriented on how to build personal branding and participate in implementing programs to build the company’s recruitment image.
- Perform some other tasks under direct assignment of Leader

- 3rd, 4th year students or university graduates majoring in HR Management, Business Administration, Economics… can work full time
- Have knowledge of recruitment
- Know how to use social networking sites such as Facebook, Linkedin,…
- Able to work with high intensity and withstand work pressure
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, have good communication skills
- Proficient in English in 4 skills (Equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or higher)
