- Conduct market research to identify target customer segments.
- Identify and develop new clients for the company’s IT outsourcing services.
- Generate new leads by identifying and connecting with prospective customers.
- Conduct online or onsite product demos for prospective customers.
- Manage the sales process from start to finish, ensuring sales targets are met.
- Provide post-sales support to clients and gather feedback to improve services.
- Work with support teams to assist with customer onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to meet client needs.
- Identify and manage channel partners and referrals to accelerate sales.
- Engage with existing customers for contract renewals.
- Regular update of CRM system.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- At least 6 months experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of the EU market and business culture.
- Excellent fluency in English communication with an IELTS score of 6.5 or above.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
- Self-independence in terms of prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Are willing to learn quickly and flexible in adapting to feedback.
- Impeccable attention to detail and high internal standard of work.
