- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from gathering system requirements, design, development, testing, integration, and UAT to solution integration support.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including clients, development teams, and other departments, to ensure project progress and quality.
- Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, issues, assumptions, and constraints, and maintain a regular project risk management plan.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Communicate and collaborate with international clients, ensuring a clear understanding of client requirements and expectations.
- Address issues arising during project execution and propose appropriate solutions.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum of 5 years of programming experience, including at least 3 years in a Project Management role.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum project management methodologies; preference for candidates with experience working with English-speaking clients or in multicultural environments.
- Proficiency in using Jira and interpreting statistics and metrics from Jira.
- Self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude, creativity, and strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
- Good English communication skills (equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or higher).
- PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, CPMP certifications are preferred.
