.Net Developer

• Develop backend systems using .NET technologies (ASP.NET Core).
• Work with RESTful APIs and understand Microservices architecture, ensuring performance and scalability.
• Analyze business requirements and propose technical solutions, including high-level and low-level system design.
• Design, build, and optimize databases (SQL Server / NoSQL if applicable).
• Optimize system performance (queries, caching, concurrency, async processing).
• Participate in CI/CD processes, including deployment and troubleshooting in staging and production environments.
• Debug and resolve issues in production systems.
• Ensure code quality, maintain clean and maintainable code standards.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions with the team.
• Prepare technical documentation when required.

Core Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of experience working with C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Strong experience in building RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Entity Framework Core and/or Dapper.
• Solid understanding of SQL, including indexing, query optimization, and transactions.
• Strong knowledge of OOP, SOLID principles, and common design patterns (e.g., Singleton, Repository).
• Experience working with Git, code reviews, and team collaboration.

Technical & Engineering Mindset

• Understanding of Microservices or modular architecture.
• Experience with caching mechanisms (Redis is a plus).
• Experience with asynchronous processing (queues, background jobs).
• Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools (e.g., Serilog, ELK).
• Strong awareness of performance, scalability, and clean architecture principles.
• Experience writing unit tests.

DevOps & Cloud

• Understanding of CI/CD processes (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Experience with Docker (build and run containers).
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably Azure).
• Understanding of deployment and system operations in real environments.

Others

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong English communication skills for work-related discussions.

Nice to Have

• • Familiarity with React or Next.js (understanding frontend workflows).
  • Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
  • Basic knowledge of Docker Compose or Kubernetes.
  • Experience working with production systems with real user traffic.
  • Experience in Healthcare, Insurance, Fintech, or Payment systems is a plus.
  • Experience with frontend development (ReactJS) is a plus.
