- Collaborate with the Sales team during presales activities by analyzing the overall scope and requirements of potential projects.
- Conduct requirement discovery sessions with prospective clients to define high-level needs.
- Prepare project scope outlines, initial requirement documents, and solution recommendations.
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications (Use cases, SRS, User stories, etc) for the development team.
- Conduct various design documents (Wireframe, Mockups, Prototypes).
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Developers, Testers, and UI/UX Designers to ensure solution alignment.
- Conduct feasibility studies and impact analyses to assess proposed changes and enhancements to existing systems and processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Conduct requirements validation and manage change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as the liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to clarify needs and resolve conflicts.
- Actively participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that deliverables meet specified requirements, ensuring that the final product meets quality standards and user expectations.
Yêu cầu công việc
- 1,5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role—preferably within software outsourcing or product development
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proficiency in writing clear, structured documentation (user stories, BRD, SRS)
- Familiarity with tools: Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, Figma, wireframing/mockup platforms.
- Strong analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, data querying, data modeling
- Experience with BPMN, UML, process modeling
- Exposure to Travel and Hospitality, e‑commerce, fintech, healthcare, AI-enhanced products
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (~ IELTS 6.5)
