- Develop and implement B2B digital marketing strategies: Create comprehensive strategies aligned with business goals, target audience, and sales objectives.
- Lead Generation: Plan and execute lead generation campaigns using a variety of digital channels, including content marketing, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
- Content Marketing: Develop and curate high-quality content (blog posts, white papers, case studies, webinars, etc.) that resonates with the target audience and supports lead generation efforts.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research, optimize website content and structure, build backlinks, and monitor search engine rankings.
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on search engines (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and other relevant platforms.
- Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute social media strategies, create engaging content, manage social media communities, and track performance metrics.
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, manage email lists, segment audiences, and track campaign performance.
- Marketing Automation: Utilize marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) to automate marketing processes, nurture leads, and track campaign effectiveness.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and provide data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts.
- Budget Management: Manage allocated budgets for digital marketing activities and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment and achieve common goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, particularly in the B2B technology space.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Experience in B2B marketing is essential.
- Experience in the technology industry is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, marketing automation platforms).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative and innovative thinker.
- Data-driven and results-oriented.
- Proficient in English in 4 skills (Equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or higher)

- Probation 90% salary.
- Working time: Monday – Friday.
