- Develop and implement recruitment plans for recruitment requirements
- Develop job descriptions for positions that need to be recruited.
- Develop and post recruitment notices on recruitment channels.
- Search, receive, screen and check candidate profiles.
- Conduct preliminary screening for candidates with suitable profiles.
- Confer with departments to schedule and conduct interviews, receive and summarize interview results; make salary offers to successful candidates and send thank you letters to unsuitable candidates.
- Participate in building and developing the company’s recruitment sources and channels.
- Participate in building and managing candidate databases.
- Participate in building and implementing programs to build the company’s recruitment image.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Have at least 6 months of experience in recruitment at IT companies or Headhunt
- Have good English skills (from IELTS 6.5 or higher)
- Dynamic, good communication skills, negotiation skills, persuasion, presentation, good planning and work management skills
- Ability to work at high intensity and withstand work pressure
- Priority is given to candidates who have worked in large-scale human resources companies, companies operating in the IT Outsourcing field

- Probation period 90% salary.
